Meet Rae

I’m Rae—a 23-year Army veteran and a creator who’s built a business the same way I built everything else worth having: one deliberate step at a time.

The Army taught me that talent and heart aren’t enough on their own. You need discipline, you need motivation, you need structure, and you need a plan. You also need tools that respect your time and your creativity instead of adding more noise. When I started building my own business, I learned that lesson all over again—the hard way.

I spent years piecing together spreadsheets, pricing formulas, marketing calendars, and vendor lists just to keep things running. Every tool solved one problem and created two more. Every course promised clarity and delivered a longer to-do list. So I built the calm, focused system I wish I had from day one.
